My 1.9L SEFI to 2.0L SPI swap information.  
*This is just how I did the swap.  It is to be used as reference only and I will not be held responsible for things that you do to your car!*

Parts I used during my swap: '01 Escort 2.0L SPI motor, approx 4000 miles
  '01 Coilpack, Plug wires
  '01 Thermostat housing
  '97 2.0L SPI fuel rail, regualtor, and injectors
  '97 2.0L SPI MAF sensor
  New Exedy/Daikin OEM replacement 91-96 1.9L clutch
  New exhaust manifold gasket
   
Items taken off the 1.9L and used on the 2.0L: Coolant temp sensor and sender.  Removed from 1.9L and used with the 2.0L thermostat housing.
  Oil pressure sender.  Remove 2.0L sensor and use 1.9L one.
  All 1.9L wiring remains.  Splice 2.0L MAF plug and if using 2.0L TPS also splice that plug.
  Starter, Alternator w/ bracket.  Swap onto 2.0L.
  Transmission, Flywheel.  Must use a 1.9L clutch.
  O2 sensor.  2.0L sensor is 4-wire, 1.9L sensor is 3-wire.
   
Mods swapped from the 1.9L to the 2.0L: '90 Escort GT throttle body.  Ported intake manfiold to match TB size.

  Valve cover breather
